Our Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless defective.
Email us at liaoyanqi@dearirean.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The credit will appear on your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you'd like a different size, scent, or product, let us know in your return email. We'll send the replacement as soon as we process the return — no need to place a separate order.
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately — no return needed.
Gift recipients may exchange items for store credit or a different product. Refunds for gifts are issued to the original purchaser.
