Are DREARIREAN products really 72-hour lasting?
Yes. Our three-stage fragrance retention technology was developed in partnership with Givaudan and Firmenich master perfumers. The scent binds to your skin's natural oils and releases gradually over up to 72 hours — far longer than conventional body care fragrances which typically fade within 2–4 hours.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
100% yes. Every formula is vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without sulfates, parabens, phthalates, or synthetic dyes. We hold Leaping Bunny certification-equivalent standards.
Which product should I start with?
For first-timers, we recommend starting with our bestselling trio: Renewing Body Wash, Velvet Body Lotion, and Signature Eau de Parfum. Or try The Ritual Collection — it has all three in one box.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are dermatologist-tested and designed for sensitive skin. However, if you have specific allergies, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list on each product page or patch-testing before full use. Email us for full INCI lists.
What makes your fragrance different from other brands?
Unlike most body care brands that add generic "fragrance oil," we compose our scents with the same master perfumers who create fine perfumery. Each accord is built layer by layer — top notes, heart notes, base notes — using rare natural essences.

How long does shipping take?

Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also reach out to liaoyanqi@dearirean.com with your order number for status updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping is $18.95 flat rate. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they enter processing and cannot be changed. Email us ASAP at liaoyanqi@dearirean.com with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Email us for a prepaid return label. See full details on our Returns page.
What if my product arrives damaged?
